The purpose of this unit is to satisfy employers and customers, to have continuous communication with customers in order to know their opinions about the installed devices, to answer their questions and, if necessary, to send the company’s experts to investigate and fix the problems of the installed devices. This unit has used all its efforts to create customer satisfaction and is ready to respond to dear customers on all days of the week. This unit collects customers’ opinions, suggestions and criticisms in specific periods of time and in the form of survey forms, and after categorizing them, they are discussed and exchanged in the company’s general meetings, and by finding appropriate solutions, they provide services to employers and dear customers. It improves the company.
The main functions of the after-sales service unit are as follows:
– Qualitative and quantitative (time) follow-up of the project implementation by the technical unit, ensuring the implementation of obligations according to sales contracts
– Checking the level of customer satisfaction with the completed project (completing the relevant forms and presenting an analytical report)
– Maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer (CRM) (creating a customer database, introducing and offering new products and services, offering special services and offers, etc.)
– Dealing with customer complaints and referring them to the relevant units
– Pursuing the collection of project implementation claims through the financial unit
– Identifying the needs, demands and special conditions of customers in different communications with customers
